Hi I am new to program and have a couple of questions. First one would be are frozen fruits and vegetables ok you use?
Second any recommendations for someone who does shit work?
I work 11-7 and I begin my,day at 12 am…sleeping is difficult, as well as having the energy to exercise. Beginning a day at midnight works well for,me.I am New to the trim down club,once lost 70lbs with ww’s, just wanted to see how this would work for me….do you have any tips
