What exactly is a health bar? What brand name can be used , and how much protein,carbs,fats,sugar,fiber is goal in each bar? Also, I would like to have cows milk w cereal some days., but I dont see it listed in any of the food groups. Where might I find it or what else would I be substituting it for? One more question…. Is it ok to switch times for a morning snack for an afternoon or evening snack?
