    I don’t eat mushroom and I’ve notice a few meal with mushroom. What can be substituted?

    Hi, Juniemarie. Any free vegetable (click on the “Vegetables button on this page http://www.trimdownclub.com/menu-planner/ to see the list, in the middle column) or seasoning (far right column) is fine.
