Tagged: Food confusion
I watched the video and was excited to start, but the vegetarian options are Quorn, a highly processed food, and soy franks, a highly processed soy product, and whole wheat bread. In the “5 foods not to eat” video, #3 was whole wheat bread and #4 was processed soy. What’s up with that? And the menu doesn’t provide meals, it provides a list of food items. Veggie franks, some corn, some edamame. This doesn’t sound appealing.
Hi, Macdoka. Less-than-ideal foods were added to the lists to help people ease their way into the program so that they don’t have to throw away food or go into game-ending shock.
Regarding the list of food items, they are manly generic so that you can prepare them as you wish, hopefully keeping in mind the healthy cooking methods we encourage. If you are interested in recipes, please do take a look at our collection, which includes additions from Clubmembers such as yourself.
