The grocery list generated has ingredients that are not part of a menu and have been excluded from my food choices. Why is this. It’s difficult to shop from a grocery list you can’t trust.
Your grocery list should match up with your menu plan. If this is not the case, then please let us know the menu you are having difficulties with. You can find the Menu Number in the My Menus area under Apps. Then, it would be great if you can let us know the foods that shouldn’t be in your grocery list.

Hi. I’m new. I just set up my first week menu, but can’t find the shopping cart to generate the shopping list. It was there when I generated the menu from the 8 week plan, but now it’s not. Help!

To create a shopping list based on the foods you selected, follow these simple steps below:1. Go to http://www.trimdownclub.com
2. On the top right corner of the homepage click on Login
3. Enter your Username and Password (You can also use your email address connected to your purchase as your username. If you lost or forgot your password, click on “Lost your password?”)
4. Once you are logged in, go to “Apps,” then scroll down and click on “My Menus”
5. Choose the menu you want to review by clicking on the menu icon under “View”
6. Once your menu appears, click on “Grocery List” (located on the right side of the screen)
7. Then, select the days that you want to create a shopping list for, and then click on “CREATE GROCERY LIST”
