Just getting started and on day 1. Already substituting because can’t always be by fridge at work. But substituting close to what is on menu for the day. Not sure what time to start eating breakfast, snack etc and is there a time that you should not eat after. Anyone missed a snack? Do you just skip or try to make up? Need a little advice from someone who has some of the kinks out? Any advice?
Hi there
We’ve been on the program for 11 weeks now, doing great, it really works, we use the following eating timetable, give or take 30mins each way:
Breakfast. 7.30am
Snack. 10am
Lunch. 12.30pm
Snack. 3pm
Dinner. 6pm
Snack. 8.30pm
If we miss a meal from time to time it will be a snack only, and we don’t try to make it up, just wait for the next meal. Try not to miss too many meals, the key is to keep your body feed regularly during the days with nutricious food, hence why 6 meals per days. We don’t eat the last meal too late because it’s good for the body to fast for 6-8 hours before breakfast (breaking the fast)
All the best!
