Hi I’m new here and just set up my first week menu. I see we eat a lot of little amounts of foods and that will take me some getting use to along with eating breakfast. I’m loosing weight for a few different reasons that all have big meanings to me. Here’s to the first step of saying good bye to 60 lbs!
