Is it healthy to eat boiled corn on the cob without butter?
I never boil the corn on the cob..I cut the tassel ends alittle pour water down into the corn (leave husks on) then microwave it for 4-5 minutes strip and lightly butter and light sea salt..try it
Non-GMO (i.e. organic) corn on the cob is excellent. Just keep in mind that it is more of a starchy carbohydrate than a vegetable.
