MemberI started this plan a week ago. I have gained over 4 lbs. I am worried that if I keep eating like the plan shows that my weight will increase. Any suggestions from anyone?

MemberHi, Ken. Have you been on restrictive diets in the past? If so, it may take your body a little while to get used to normal amounts of food again.
Something I noticed from your profile is that it appears you may have a somewhat sedentary lifestyle (?) Is this true? If so, it’s an opportunity for you to very easily get your system on track for fat-burning just by doing something as simple as walking or lifting weights. If you would like more guidance here, please do repost.April 1, 2015 at 12:39 am #28179Ossie-Sharon
MemberHi, asbeehiive. As I mentioned to KenCline below, if you have been on restrictive diets in the past, you may need some time to get your metabolism back. Physical activity is the best way to do this – it’s not just a matter of burning energy while you’re taking a walk, but rather building muscle tissue that makes your body burn more energy all the time. As I offered to him, if you would like more guidance with that, I am happy to help.

MemberI sent a note to the Trimdownclub for help. They sent me back a url that was for advertising a exercise program. So I paid another 20.00 to join and I got a ton of pdf files for exercising. I don’t have very good balance to even walk. That’s why I don’t get around very good. I will try to exercise.Thank you for the comments. Hope all is going good for you.

MemberHi, Ken. You definitely don’t need to walk or have balance to exercise – you don’t even need to sit up! Where there’s a will, there’s a way 🙂

MemberHi, Marshills. I suggest you have your menus built through the regular Menu Planner application, so that you can choose the foods that would work best for you (including those that you can most easily find).
