I have completed my 8 week challenge and have lost 18lbs with 5lbs to go! I know I can continue the Meal Planner for as long as I want. But I would like to know how the carbs, proteins etc are calculated daily so that I can vary the foods I eat. I don’t want to blow it now by guessing!

If you click on the “Exchange view” icon in the toolbar above your finished menu in the Menu Planner application, you will see the exchanges listed. They correspond to this list here: http://www.trimdownclub.com/exchanges-lists.
Thanks very much, I have seen this before so should have known!!!! I think it’s great the way help is always at hand! I have also told other people about this diet as it really works!!!
