I have almond flour is that the same as almond meal/flour?
Hi, dsugar904. Almond flour is made by grinding skinless almonds, while almond meal is made with the skins still one. It will definitely do.
Hi are there any recipes that don’t contain almond or not products as I am allergic to them?

Hi, Linda. Definitely more 🙂 This recipe just offers 2 protein exchanges, and you should also have some fruit and a starchy carbohydrate food with it. To see what you are allotted, click on “Exchange mode” in the toolbar above your menu.

Hi, chicoman. This is primarily a nutrition plan. However, we do encourage some physical activity, especially for people like you (with physician supervision, of course). Can you describe your particular problems? I would be happy to suggest some options.

This recipe for sausage sounds real good and even possible for me to make! I don’t like sausage at all but I might be able to eat it with it being made with turkey and knowing all the ingredients!
