flax seed can increase sugar levels. should I just leave out or what can I use instead? thanks!
Hi, Onel. Actually, flaxseed is not considered to be something that can increase sugar levels – rather, the evidence suggests the opposite. If you are sensitive to it, you can avoid it altogether by having menus built here based on foods that you select. Try the Menu Planner application in “Apps” above – I think it will suit you better than the Ready-to-Go plan.
