    while I continue to try and read everything to get started, is there a protein and good carb total for each day of the 8 week challenge that tells you what you were allowed in a day? that way if I can’t find a type of fruit or meat and have to eat something else, I still hit the daily target? thanks!

    Hi, Onel. If you click on “Exchange view” in the toolbar above your finished menu, you will see the exchanges allotted to you, which translate to this list here – http://www.trimdownclub.com/exchanges-lists. Your totals are about 250-260 grams of carbohydrates, 115-120 grams of protein, and 90 grams of fat.
    The Menu Planner application, which I suggest you use (in “Apps” above) takes your daily target into account, so no worries.
