    Can I substitute a protein shake for a meal or snack?
    CalNatural svelte 11oz.organic protein shake
    Or
    Vega protein and greens drink mix powder
    Please advise, thank you

    Hi, GloryKing. We do prefer you get your meals from whole foods, but the Vega series is quite a close approximation to a snack. Note, though, that the Nutritional Shake would be more recommended, based on your needs.
