    I am new in the program and I am having difficulty finding whole grain bagels vs whole wheat and Canadian bacon. Can any bacon replace Canadian bacon.

    Hi, Lrwickett, and welcome. Actually, ham is closer to Canadian bacon; as for the bagels, whole wheat is a type of whole grain, so no worries1
