Ingredients

  1. ½ cup / 75 g fresh grapes, preferably organic
  2. ½ cup / 55 gm fresh or frozen berries and/or currants
  3. ½ cup / 90 gm pomegranate kernels
  4. ½ cup / 70 gm diced beets (steamed, roasted, or raw)
  5. 2-3 ice cubes

Directions

    Add all ingredients to a blender, and blend for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
