Ingredients

  1. ½ mango, peeled and seeded
  2. ½ cup / 125 gm fresh or frozen raspberries
  3. ½ cup / 120 ml low-fat organic soy or Greek yogurt
  4. ½ cup / 120 ml organic pastured or vegan milk
  5. ¼ tsp. / ½ gm Stevia or monk fruit sweetener
  6. 2-3 ice cubes

Directions

Mix together in a blender for 30 seconds. More ice cubes may be added for a thinner consistency.

  1. Hi, Angela. We don’t work with calories in this program, but I can tell you that each serving provides about 19 grams of carbohydrates, 5 grams of protein, and 3 grams of fat, depending on what sort of yogurt and milk you use.
