MelissaJ44Member1) As much as I would like to eat all the recommended vegetables I am having a hard time and I was wondering if this product would be ok if consumed with a shake daily? I know you prefer real food but I’m not keeping up and it isn’t realistic for me :/. Ossie-SharonMemberHi, Melissa. Garden of Life is great – each scoop of that product is equal to a vegetable exchange in this program. In contrast, we wouldn’t recommend the Starbucks beverage – too processed.
