jbgioMemberHello, I am also wondering where I can find a list of some of my foods to see if I can add or exchange them. Example I love peanut butter, is that something I can use every now and then? I don’t care for yogurt to much but when I click on the other choices it only says chili or milk or something odd. Anyone have an answer??

bsimoesMemberI would love to have the answer to this. I am not having luck picking out and exchanging options either. For breakfast, I put light cream in my coffee to use my fat exchange, yet that is not a choice…that I can find. I find the menu is not working so that it is easy. It takes me about half an hour and it never is what I actually eat. Olive oil? I can’t find it. I make my own salad dressing, yet can’t enter olive oil or balsamic vinegar. I have been feeling very frustrated with this site.

SupportKeymasterIf you are unable to find a substitution in the ‘Change a Food’ list, please feel free to change an entire meal by clicking on the rotating arrows to the right of a meal. I hope this helps!
