Ingredients

  1. ½ cup / 80 gm cantaloupe, cubed
  2. ½ cup / 85 gm guava, chopped
  3. ½ cup / 85 gm strawberries, chopped
  4. 2 Tbsp. / 30 ml fresh-squeezed lime juice (optional)
  5. ¼ tsp. / ½ gm Stevia or monkfruit sweetener
  6. 5 regular or coconut water ice cubes

Directions

  1. Blend for 30 seconds to a minute, or until desired consistency.
  2. Garnish with split strawberry or cantaloupe slice, if desired.

  1. To SDSHAPO if no one has answered your questions. Guava is a fruit and Steviea is a natural sweetener from the steviea plants. You can find it in most all food stores. I do not know about the monkfruit, but the internet has great information.
