MemberOut of shape 62 yr. old female needs exercise to do at home to help reduce stomach and hips. Fixed income must do all things at home. Any suggestions would be helpful.

If you have the Premium Package, you will also have access to a series of yoga demonstrations in the “My Downloads” area. MemberI watched the video, but at this time since I am really out of shape I can only do a couple of those exercises and only about 5 times. I guess I will start there and see how it goes. 🙂

MemberI have the premium package and still do not have the 20 minute workout demo in my download. Can this please be updated/added. It makes me wonder what else I am not getting for the upgrade to premium package.

MemberTo find 20 minute work out video you have to go back to WEEK 1 where it says “welcome to the program.” Here in the Week 1 area MAKE SURE you go ALL THE WAY DOWN TO THE BOTTOM OF THE PAGE; there it is. In other words, go to http://www.trimdownclub.com/sbs/standard-guide/week-1/ and scroll all the way down. (I had a hard time finding it too because I failed to scroll down the page far enough.)

Membermormor001- thanks SO much for the info on the week 1 workout! Silly me, I never realized it was there. I just found it and did the workout. I like working along with her… it’s like having a personal trainer! I can easily make this part of my day. This will really help.
