I posted here a while back, and kinda fell off the band wagon for keeping in touch. I am currently going through a nasty divorce, and my soon to be ex husband is doing everything he can to try and ruin my life. When we broke up, I thought I was going to fall into a deep depression, but instead, I did the opposite. Instead of becoming severely depressed and an emotional eater, I picked myself up and it motivated me to become a better version of the person I already was. I began watching what I eat, using smaller portion control, and slowly I’m becoming a lot more active in daily life. As a result, I’ve dropped 50lbs so far, losing 26 of those lbs just between the middle of April and right now. I am slowly getting my life back on track, and I won’t let anything stand in my way.
Congratulations, WorkHard88. It looks like freedom suits you! We wish you the best, and are happy to help in whatever way we can.
