How can I make these keto friendly
Hi, Georgiaharris. Keto instructions have been added. 🙂
Im concerned about the sugar in this recipe! How would I exchange that? I use golden monkfruit sweetener and sucralose drops. Are they interchangeable here??
Hi, MrsPautzke56. It’s better that you use the golden monkfruit sweetener here, as it is can replace the sugar at an equal ratio AND is much better for you than sucralose. We actually don’t recommend sucralose, as it is artificial and can work against your efforts here.
This recipe sounds good. However, how many smart points will it use?
Hi, wbowman. A serving is about 7 points. You can make the calculations using the following translations for the exchanges here:
1 carb exchange = 15 grams of carbohydrates + up to 3 grams of protein
1 protein exchange = 7 grams of protein + up to 5 grams of fat
1 fat exchange = 5 grams of fat
1 fruit exchange = 15 grams of carbohydrates
1 vegetable exchange = 5 grams of carbohydrates + up to 2 grams of protein
1 sweet exchange = up to 15 grams of carbohydrates + up to 5 grams of fat
1 free exchange = up to 5 grams of carbohydrates or up to 2 grams of protein or fat
I just made these and they are fantastic ! I used coconut flour, olive oil and garadelli chocolate and peanut butter

I made these this morning. And they were awful! I don’t know what I did wrong.
Sorry to read that, Connie. This recipe was submitted by a Clubmember, so we haven’t tested it yet. Now that you have made that note, we will get on it ASAP and hopefully get back to you with a solution within a few days.
Hi, Connie. We confirmed this recipe in our test kitchen today. Can you tell me what you didn’t like about these?
I guess I did something wrong. They did not rise and tasted awful. I will try them again.
What is rapeseed oil???
Hi, Connie. “Rapeseed” is the plant from which “Canola” oil is made. Canola is a name specific to Canadian rapeseed.
0ssie ur a beast at answering questions great job!
Thanks, dmafia! 🙂
Could you use coconut oil as it would coconut flavour as well?
Hi, grwilson4118. If you like coconut flavour, that’s a great idea!
Can i use rice bran oil or olive oil instead of rapeseed oil
Hi, dgamla. Olive oil is an excellent choice. We don’t recommend rice bran oil, as it is easily oxidized in food preparation.
