Hi I’m in UK I’m not familiar with measuring in cups – I don’t know how much that is. Pls can someone tell me what 1 cup is in gms or preferably ounces thks

I’m in the UK too, I’ve only just signed up so just getting familiar with the site. I know you can get conversion tables if you Google it. Cups and fractions of cups are used in the USA all the time, cuts out a lot of weighing. You might be able to get them on line. I’ve asked an American friend what the capacity each cup is and she said ,’just get some” as they make life so much easier than getting the scales out.
