can I eat “free” vegetables any time of day? just at a mealtime? with a serving of “measured” vegetables? can I mixed and combine “free vegetables”?
Hi, Barbara. Yes, no, yes, and yes. Absolutely yes to vegetables whenever you want!
hi im new to trimdownclub bit confused about the vegetables. what are the free vegetables?
Thank you so much Sharon for letting me no about the Vegetables 🙂
Hi Louise
I believe that I came across the answer to your question in another post which stated “you can see which vegetables are free and which aren’t by clicking on the “Vegetables” button in the Menu Planner. For example brussel sprouts aren’t a free vegetable, but you can have a lot of them – 2 cups is a serving.” Hope this helps.
