Hi i have a few questions.
i picked menus with low sugar and low cholesterol. And the meal planner still has me eating an egg almost everyday. I thought eggs are not good for people with cholesterol issues.
I have also heard for years you shouldnt eat fish or red meat more then 3xs a week.
I just started my week 3.
Suggestions or help is welcome.
Hi, Keldee1, and welcome. Only about a third of the population is thought to have a cholesterol issue that responds poorly to eggs, and this is likely to be much less of a problem with the types of eggs we recommend – organic omega-3 or pastured. With regard to eating less animal products overall, I agree 100%. If you are using the Ready-to-Go menus, note that the foods there are selected automatically based on the most popular choices made by other Clubmembers using the Menu Planner application, and so reflect those more than anything else. You yourself may actually get more out of the Menu Planner (in “Apps” above), because you can choose the specific items you want.
