Well, I made it through my 1st week and didn’t quite get the results I was hoping for. I did lose 1.5 lbs which is better than nothing. I know that healthy weight loss takes longer but I’m really trying hard. Any idea how long it takes to get your metabolism moving? I’m pretty sure I totally wrecked mine with all the other weight loss plans that I tried and failed. I’m going to keep trying with this plan, still not sure how eating all this food is going to work, but I will keep trying. Anyone else out there that would like to share how you are doing?
