Looking for help. Is gluten free sugar free low fat the way to go. My doctor said eat vegetables fish and chicken. My research says sugar is probably a bigger problem than fat.
Hi, CMfredriks. You’ve come to the right place! Gluten-free isn’t necessarily related, but particiularly avoiding concentrated sugars and excessive fat is wise – though very low fat and artificial sweeteners can actually work against you.
