    I WORK FULL TIME OVERNIGHT AND I HAVE PROBLEMS WITH MY SLEEP AND WHEN TO EAT AND WHEN NOT TO EAT. ITS HARD TO KNOW WHEN TO EAT WHAT CUZ WHEN IM JUST GETTING OFF OF WORK AND EVERYONE IS GOING TO BREAKFAST, IT FEELS LIKE I SHOULD BE HAVING LUNCH THEN… DOES ANYONE KNOW A GOOD SCHEDULE TO GO ON SO I CAN BE ON THE RIGHT TRACK FOT MY 8 WEEKS… THANK YOUY

    Hi, Spawn. There are quite a few Clubmembers in your spot. You can have your six meals according to whatever schedule you want. When you get home from work in the morning, have breakfast or dinner, then lunch when you get up, and dinner or breakfast when you head off to work; and of course, snacks every 2-3 hours in between. If you don’t have time to eat your snacks, you can pack hearty shakes and/or soups in thermoses, and take them with you to sip on between main meals. We have recipes for both.

    I sympathise with you . I just joined 2 nights ago and I’m in the middle of a night duty stint . I’ve started on a Wednesday for day1 and on night duty and I’m just winging it a bit … I often don’t get time to eat over night. As I work in a busy ED dept but I always manage to drink too much coffee ,,So last night I made up a huge smoothie with Vegetables and fruit and yogurt and nuts and but it in 2 large drink containers ,and just kept sipping away when I was able . Got through it all and actually slept better today …less coffee ?? ..I’m going to have breakfast at 8 pm tonight And repeat last nights effort …which wasn’t hard really. Next week I’ll do some baking. Some of those recipes look great and should be ok to eat cold at work .. Good luck
