I am new here. Where do I find information about this?
I am not sure what the difference is in this and a regular egg. Where do I find descriptors for the basic food listed in this plan.
Hi, Susan, and welcome! We have a searchable Articles section (link above) that provides descriptions of less common foods and their forms. With regard to omega-3 eggs, these are eggs produced from hens that were fed a source of omega-3 fatty acids (usually from flax seeds). The eggs that are laid then become rich sources of the types of omega-3s usually found in fish, which makes them more advantageous health-wise than common eggs found in modern grocery stores, especially for women.
If you have questions about other specific foods, please do repost, and I would be happy to help.
susanstalter,, Im having the same problem. I write to her and never get a response. I cant afford the omega 3 eggs, what can I eat as far as an egg ????? Cooked or fried.???
