    I have a 1-1/2 hour drive to work both ways. I have to start my first meal at 9 a.m. (right after I arrive at work), and then I eat every 2-1/2 hours. However, my 5th meal (dinner) then falls at 6:30 p.m. and my last meal (snack #3) at 9 p.m. There are times I have to work late. Does it matter if I switch my 6th meal and my 5th meal? This way I can eat my snack #3 before I leave work and then cook my dinner when I get home without having to feel so rushed. Also, can I use butter spray (calorie free) on my veggies? Final question, I don’t eat pizza and when I try to switch that option it only gives one substitute that involves chicken and quinoa. I don’t mind chicken but absolutely abhor quinoa. Any suggestions?

    Hi, holmesmandel. Whatever works for you is absolutely fine. You can definitely switch things around.
    With regard to the butter spray, it depends what the ingredients are. Are they all-natural, or are there some artificial components.
    With regard to food swaps, note that quinoa is just a cooked starch – any will do in its place (potato, rice, pasta…).
