Hi I am just entering my 2nd week in TDC and am beginning to feel the benefits already. I do like to have a glass (or two of wine in the evenings), my question is – is wine OK, are some wine better than other? Is a snack with wine better to ensure a better balance of nutrition?

Wine is definitely OK. In the Menu Planner application, you will find alcoholic beverages in the “Fats” category, “Beverages” subcategory.
