MemberHello everyone, I’m just back from my vacation. I didn’t exactly follow the rules. But I’m not going to feel guilty because this plan is not about feelings, it’s about healthy eating. So what if I skipped a meal or I ate something that’s not on the “menu”. I still feel great about myself. Yes, I did gain a few pounds but that’s ok, healthy eating isn’t about losing weight it’s about feeling good about yourself. The weight loss is a bonus!. So I’m back on the plan and feeling great. Let’s carry on folks.

MemberExcellent post Truman! I just returned from 19 day trip (Oahu) and there were times I got off the plan – – but mostly ate tons of great fresh fish, which is good for you, of course. But I did have some Hawaiian drinks and pizza, and not going to feel guilty about that either — the key is quality of life. Funny thing is, when I came back this week, I had gained about a pound and by the end of the week, was down three and a half pounds. Back on the program, what a way to break a plateau.

MemberThank you Ossie-Sharon and you too swemhaner. I found it a little strange too, that I only gained 2lb and I’m back down again. I guess we are starting to do this thing in auto mode. That’s good.
