What is the 8 week plan – when I click on the title, it just returns to my menus.
Do we just keep repeating the 1st 3 weeks menus?

After you finish Week 3. We encourage you to build your own personal menu plan based on the foods you love. To get started on this, go to Apps, followed by the Menu Planner.
