I just joined and noticed that the recipes make a large amount of food. Example, the pinto beans and beef and potato stew. Is it OK to substitute leftovers from today’s lunch or dinner for tomorrow’s menu items?
Hi, bjkirsch, and welcome! Absolutely!!! You can also make smaller amounts – see here for help: http://www.trimdownclub.com/reducing-the-size-of-recipes/.
