I want to continue to use my vegan protein shake (from Arbonne) every morning – how can I add this into my day and know I’m getting the right amount of protein/carbs for the day? It’s 20g of vegan protein (pea, rice, cranberry) and I add in organic blueberries, zuchinni, spinach, sunflower seed butter and a small amount of Unsweetened Almond butter. It is the best nutritional part of my day and keeps me full for 4-6 hours – don’t want to miss it. Can I just use that and ignore the breakfast and morning snack?
I don’t have the answer, but your “adds” to your shake sound wonderful. Must be nutritious! 🙂 I’m interested in the response you receive.
