I am new to this diet, but I noticed how much different food is needed for the week and how expensive it is, is anyone else feeling this way, and who has time to cook all these items?
I thought this at the start, and initially I did spend a lot more than usual in setting it up. This is now Day 12, and with the variety and smaller serves I can see it being much cheaper in the long run. Yes, it did take some effort to prepare and cook things such as tahini, hummus and seitan, but now with a fridge full of healthy and tasty food to select from, I see that as being time well invested. What price my health and strength? Already I’m being amply rewarded for the outlay.
