Sorry to be a bit thick, but want to get it right from the start.

I have created my menu and it has listed a Monday – Sunday menu. Can I say have the breakfast from Monday, lunch from sunday and dinner from Wednesdays menu etc?

Is there an exact science or can I swap and choose combinations from each day?

    Thanks

Hi Kate I have the same question as you for example my breakfast for tommorow is veggie quiche with alternative of breakfast pizza. My problem is I have to eat breakfast at 6.15am before leaving for work and I couldn’t face either item at that time of the morning so I will have something like weetabix or porridge with fruit and a few nuts and just hope that will be ok lol.I’ve lost 7lbs and just in my 6th week so can’t be doing much wrong hey.I want to lose 7lbs more then be back to my happy weight of 8 and a half stone (may try for 8 stone because really into this healthier way of eating feel loads better.

Hi, to both of you, and congratulations Anne!
You can definitely swap foods between meals, though we do encourage you not to leave a carbohydrate-rich meal with little-to-no protein in it.

Ok, similar problem. I switched out for oatmeal this morning but when trying to edit the egg to oatmeal it doesn’t work. what should I eat with the oatmeal?

Thanks for reply ossie Sharon but weighed in before bed last night (couldn’t wait until sunday) and have lost 9lbs in total so very pleased. I’m so pleased been out for evening meal to a wetherspoons pub and had skinny chicken burger with salad instead of fries and a couple of chardonnay. Feel bloated now first time in 5 weeks defintely be back on plan tommorow.

Hi, jpainandrejin. You can’t generally swap oatmeal for egg in the system because the former is a carb and the latter is a protein – you can eat them together, if you wish.

Hi, Anne. Congratulations again, and I hope you feel better (bloated is no fun!).
