MemberHi all, my name is Samantha, but I go by Sammy. I’m new to TDC, and I have high aspirations. I’m 19 and 100 lbs overweight. According to BMI, I’m severely obese. However, I will not let this stop me!! I used to participate in color guard back in high school, and last year I completed my first half marathon. My problem is that when I don’t have something I’m working toward, I tend to get off track. When I stopped color guard, I gained 50 lbs. I lost it all training for my half marathon. Soon as that ended, though, I gained it all back. I’m here to make sure that’s not gonna happen again this year, or ever again. Here’s to hopefully a new, healthy pattern! !

MemberHi Sammy,
Wow, I’m inspired just by your writing here. You are on the right track! I just joined a couple days ago and trying to find my way around this tech stuff. Got a good start from Debbie in the beginners group. Have a few foods picked and some menus done. Excited to get the things I need and really get a grip on the voice in my head!Good luck to you

MemberHI!
I too am new to this and have a positive outlook in using this tool to lose weight! I have really packed on the weight in the last 2 years and know that I need to do something different. I have tried all the diets, and diet pills to no avail. I am a stress binge eater (when under lots of stress I tend to head for the junk food). I am excited about this club and all the possibilities and support from all the members. I am inspired just by readying the two of you ladies comments.!July 28, 2015 at 11:19 pm #30444sammysam08
MemberWell done for getting back on board to getting healthy weight and for completing a half marathon last year. That’s a huge achievement and shows you have the get up and go. All the best, you totally inspire me. 🙂 From another Samantha (SammySam)
