Ingredients
- 75g red kidney beans, cooked
- 75g zucchnni
- 25g carrot
- 15g tomato
- 5 ml olive oil
Directions
- Rinse kidney beans, and mash with a fork. Chop the remaining ingredients, and mix together with the bean mash.
- Form the mixture into a patty. Heat olive oil in a frying pan, and cook the patty until firm and browned on both sides
should the other ingredients be cooked too?
