    Hi, I have just started today. I cant get into weighing my food portions so hard to get motivated. I have tryed to lose weight all my life but instead put it on as I love my food and love cooking with fresh ingrediants. I would say I am a binge eater and would easily eat a packet of biscuits in 5 mins then feel awful afterwards. Cant buy any kind of sugary food as I will eat it all need motivation.

    Hi, valkerr, and welcome! Just ease into the program. You don’t have to be perfect, just do a little better than before, and the small changes will add up. Regarding weighing the items, you only need to do it once, to get an idea of portion sizes. If you like cooking and especially with fresh ingredients, AND you know your weaknesses and are ready to deal with them, you are already on the right track.
