I understand that juices are bad from “concentrate” but what about the juices that are NOT from concentrate? Simply orange carries a line that is refrigerated and says “not from concentrate – 100% pure squeezed pasteurized Orange Juice”. Is that still bad for you?
Hi, Karen. The challenge with those is that they’re time in transit may translate to vitamin losses, even in the refrigerator. If you can squeeze your own juice (an use the pulp), that would be ideal.
