V-8 vegetable juice (low sodium). Can this be used as a substitute occasionally for vegetable servings?
Hi, theclouseden. Absolutely! 3/4 cup (180 ml or 6 fluid ounces) would equal one vegetable serving.
daily drink. I put 3 or 4 beef soup bones in 12 ozs of filtered water and add thyme celtic sea salt hot pepper and cook on high for 90 minutes in a pressure cooker. when finished I remove the bones take out the center and give the bones to my neighbor who has a large dog. Next I add kale, swiss chard and collard green plus mushrooms to the pot and cook on high for 30 minutes. I put everything in a vitamix and gring it all into a sludge, let it cool off and put a glass piture and refridgerate. I drink a glass for lunch every day. Im 90 years, never sit too long golf 3to 4 times a week and enjoy cooking and baking.
Best wishes
Maurice
