I’ve being doing this for 2 weeks and lost 10 and a half pounds first week and stayed same this week. Could this be because I lost so much in first week?
Hi, Fiona. It could indeed be the body “correcting” its balance, as well as the fact that the first stage of weight loss is usually water, which is huge. Keep in mind that the average and final weight is what counts, so don’t worry too much. If the plateau lasts for more than three weeks, please do repost here, and I will work with you.
