    Hi Could you tell me what my ideal allowances are per day re carbs protein and fats, as they fluctuate on a daily basis. Have lost 2 kg so far ! Thanks 🙂

    Hi, szalona13, and congratulations on your progress! If you click on “Exchange view” in the toolbar above your finished menu, you will see your exchanges. For your daily total amounts in grams, I need your height and weight.

    Breakfast: 2 carb, 2 protein, 1 fat, 1 fruit, 1 sweetener (i.e. jam)
    Morning Snack: 1 carb, 1 protein, 1 fruit
    Lunch: 2 carb, 3 protein, 2 fat, 1 vegetable
    Afternoon Snack: 1 carb, 1 protein, 1 vegetable
    Dinner: 2 carb, 4 protein, 1 fat, 1 vegetable
    Evening Snack: 1 carb + 1 fat OR 1 sweet, 1 protein, 1 fruit

    When your weight gets down to 83.3 or so, the amounts will drop a little to:
    Breakfast: 2 carb, 2 protein, fruit, 1 fat or sweetener (i.e. jam)
    Morning Snack: 1 carb, 1 protein, 1 fruit
    Lunch: 2 carb, 3 protein, 1 fat, 1 vegetable
    Afternoon Snack: 1 carb, 1 protein, 1 vegetable
    Dinner: 2 carb, 4 protein, 1 fat, 1 vegetable
    Evening Snack: 1 carb OR 1 fruit + 1 fat OR 1 sweet, 1 protein

    Hi, szalona. Your current allottment is 250 grams of carbohydrates, 85 grams of fat, and 105 grams of protein.
