Hi Hubby has joined and we are are both on low sugar and low cholesterol – please advise – we use the same food groups the only difference is that he is allergic to apricots and parsnips. Can I use my menus so that we eat the same ? If so how do I adjust his portions .. He has also lost nearly 2kg. Love the eating plans. Many thanks

Hi, szalona. I’m so glad to read you are both losing and physically active. Exercise is really among the very best things for type 2 diabetes. It looks like your husband currently needs about 10% more than you.
