Having been a breast cancer victim, my doctors recommend a no soy diet yet as often as I remind your nutritionists of this requirement, they still add soy milk and edamame to my diet plans. Is there a reason Trim Down Club is not compliant?
Hi, aggioschin. I suggest you use the full Menu Planner application (in “Apps” above) instead of the Ready-to-Go menus. That way, you can select the foods to go in your menu and avoid the ones that shouldn’t. The application comes with a tutorial if you need it.
