So while looking for a low fat to non fat ice cream I found Chloe’s Dark Chocolate Soft Serve Fruit Pop. Fat is 0, no cholesterol or sodium, carbs 15g (sugars 13g, dietary fiber 1 g), Protein 1g.
Ingredients is Banana Puree, Cocoa processed with Alkali, natural coconut water and organic cane sugar. My question is this, is this an acceptable “ice cream” substitute and if so, does it fit under a fruit since there is banana in it?
Hi, Katch. Looks great! Each pop would count as a fruit serving.
