    I really on week one. I had a emergency yesterday at lunch and thru off my scheduled, and ended up eating bad once I got home. Started Planning week 2 wanted to add roasted Chickpeas but could not find them anywhere. So I could find the aloued amounts. Are they not aloud? Also how about Bananas

    Hi, cardc01, and welcome. For roasted chickpeas, just use regular chickpeas – the amount is basically the same. If they are just roasted without artificial additives, sugar, etc., they are absolutely fine. Bananas are also great – just note that each one is equal to 2 fruits (or 1 fruit + 1 carb).
