Hello there, I joined up yesterday evening, and just decided today to have a look at the site.I am still a bit skeptical, but is willing to give it a try. I am not sure how to use this as yet but is writing this in the hopes that it makes it through. I am currently at home, which is a tough environment for me to be in, but none the less I am here. I hope with your encouragement and success stories, I will be motivated to do what I need to do so that I can feel better about myself which I Know will put me in a much better place and mindset to help my Fragile X son the way in which he needs help. Looking forward to chatting with many of you

I to have just joined, have wrote out my first weeks menus, had to change a bit, we eat meat for dinner not fish, and see the snacks are all the same, at home fine, but when in my office the lunches and snacks not suitable, will have to play around with it, for it to work for me.

I just started two weeks ago, I started eating non-processed foods or cut down drastically, I have also been going organic when I can find it. I am down 4 lbs just from doing that. I am also trying to do the belly fat fighting foods as well, finding the right ingredients as they should be has been difficult, I live in a very rural town and have to travel 1.5 hours to get to a store that will sell those ingredients. So finding support for me because I don’t have any friends that will hold me accountable. So I will be happy to support all those who are in the same place I am. Looking forward to it.

Hi everyone, I just joined today and am looking forward to hearing how much weight and how people are feeling on the diet. Currently I need to lose 40-50 pounds before doc will do hip replacement. I am 49 and weigh 220. So I am really excited to get started because unlike other diets I can eat “normal” food.

My only questions are- there are no drinks listed- what are we allowed to drink besides water? What is the latest we can eat the last snack (how many hours before bed?)

    Thank you,
    dimples4566 (April)

Hello I am not sure what to do. I am trying to buy the items needed to follow the diet. 95% of items I don’t have..I honestly have not tried really to diet..I am 213 lbs and only 5′ so I am just as wide as tall. But I love sweets sweets bread rice and potatoes…I am not trying to be skinny just so I can control my sugar… So I would like to change some of my eating habits..Please help anyone!!!!

I am trying to figure this out. How can I see and print out the number of exchanges for each meal. I have seen this on the computer, but it would be helpful to me if I knew how many carbs/proteins/fats for each meal and snack. My schedule makes it very challenging to stick to a predefined menu each day. THANKS!!

Hi I just joined today and menus do not seem suitable for the UK. Foods and ingredients I have not heard of and meal types we don’t have in the UK. Also packed lunches do not seem to be covered
